2. Structural characteristice of Sand Blasting Booths
This machine is a special reciprocating sand blasting machine, which consists of Sandblasting chamber, Sand blasting tank, Abrasive recycling system, Trolley system, Lighting system, Dust removal system, Electric control system, etc.

Blasting chamber
Blasting chamber shell is made of section steel, rock wool composite panels, and it is a strong, seal and spacious operation space to clean the workpiece. Blasting chamber is consist of body shell, left and right side wall, lateral wall, roof guard board, etc. The sandblasting chamber adopts wear resistant rubber, and rubber plates pinned by depression bar pressure. This can prolong the service life, reduce noise.

Sand blasting system
We fully take into account the operation convenience of the workers, specifically increased the sand blasting chamber operating space, set lighting system and platform, so that workers can operate convenient, effective and comprehensive.

Honeycomb floor
Detachable honeycomb floor is on the basis of old honeycomb floor,  after many times optimization and improvement, fully considering the wear and maintenance of honeycomb floor and recover pipe during the long-term use, making the floor and pipe into detachable module combination. The maintenance of the equipment is easy and fast, avoid more accessories changing and reduce the cost of equipment maintenance in the course of long time operation. This structure is initiated firstly by our company and successfully applied to many customers' environmental sand blasting room project. The pit of this kind structure sand blasting room only need less than 0.5 m.

Separator
This machine adopts advanced Model BE full shutter type separator. The separator is mainly composed of air wash area, barrel sift, abrasive hopper, manual abrasive controlling valve, etc.

Dust removal system
This machine adopts Cartridge or bag type dust collector, is exhausted air produced during working. The dedusting efficiency is up to 99.6%, powder density is less than 100mg/m3,much stricter than the national standard.

Electric control system
Adopt failure alarm function, if any parts of the system fails, the components automatically will stop running, to prevent the abrasive stuck and burning power device.
