Steel Tube Outer Wall Shot Blast Cleaning Machine with Abrasive Recovery System

Production description:

1	This machine is applicable to the steel tube and pipe products to deal with internal and  external surface, remove the oxide welding slag, and other miscellaneous items,  showing a metallic luster.
2	After shot blasting, it can improve paint film adhesion with steel, improve anti-rust capacity, improve the quality and prolong the service life of steel structure.
3	The steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected, purifying by shots circle  system and continue to be used again for blasting turbines.
4	The working process flow of shots circle system: steel shots blasted by blasting  turbines will be collected by portrait screw conveyor and delivered to bucket elevator  then the bucket elevator will lift to air wash type separator.
5	After separating, the dust and broken steel shots will be removed away from steel  shots and good steel shots will enter storage bin.
6	Eliminate inner stress, enhance workpiece's fatigue resistance, to improve the anti-fatigue properties of the workpiece.

Use: This series cleaning machine (QGW) is applicable to various diameters steel tube suface cleaning, widely used in petrochemical engineering, steel, district heating, water and so on.
