Product Description:
The series belongs to roller-type blast cleaning machine,mainly used for buildings, bridges and other industries with large l-beam,H-beam steel structure such as size pieces of high stress and the elimination of cleaning the surfaces rust.
The series shot blasting machine models Q6910, Q6915, Q6920, Q6925, Q6930, Q6935, Q6940, Q6945, etc.
Clean room to maneuver through the roller carrying device for the workpiece, the workpiece along the angles of the projectile also accept clean, continuous through-type practices;
The equipment and warm, painting, drying and other processes composed of lines, widely used in ships, cars, rolling stock, bridges, steel structures, machinery and steel industries, shapes and structure of the pre-treatment;

1 Steel plate shot blasting machine has three kinds of pass through type: 
Roller conveying pass through, trolley pass through, hanger pass through.

2 They are widely used in the industry of steel plate, steel structure, engineering 
machinery, bridge building and so on. By shot blasting, it can remove rust, 
oxide layers, welding slag and other pollutant and eliminate surface stress force.

3 After shot blasting, it can improve paint film adhesion with steel, improve anti-rust
 capacity, improve the quality and prolong the service life of steel structure.

4 The steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected, purifying by shots 
circle system and continue to be used again for blasting turbines.

5 The working process flow of shots circle system: steel shots blasted by blasting 
turbines will be collected by portrait screw conveyor and delivered to bucket 
elevator then the bucket elevator will lift to air wash type separator.

6 After separating, the dust and broken steel shots will be removed away from steel
shots and good steel shots will enter storage bin.
