  1. Application:
QXY2000 steel plate pretreament line is a specially designed machine used in the surface cleaning for various jobs. It can realize the shot blasting, painting/primer and drying automatically. It includes shot blasting system, painting/ primer and drying system.

2.Working principle:
The workpiece is transported to the feeding roller table by the hoisting tool, and then enters the shot blasting cleaning room. The cast steel shot or cut wire shot is accelerated to the surface of the workpiece by the high-speed rotating impeller of the shot blaster, and impacts the surface of the workpiece. , Scraping to remove the rust and dirt on the surface of the workpiece, and then use the roller brush, the collecting screw and the high-pressure blow pipe to clean the accumulated pellets and floating dust on the surface of the workpiece. The rust-removed steel directly enters the spray booth and is installed on the upper and lower spray paint carts. The upper spray gun sprays the workshop maintenance primer on the surface of the workpiece, and then enters the drying room to dry so that the paint film on the steel surface reaches the finger-dry state, and then is quickly sent out and then blanked. So that the steel can achieve the purpose of rust removal and rust prevention.

Dust removal system(Explosion-proof fan)
Dust removal system includes dust collector, fan and fan duct, connecting duct between dust collector and host.
The main fan power is 37 kw, the pulse back blows the ash, and the dust collector cartridge can be easily removed for cleaning and reuse.

Unique and effective dust removal structure:
The first-level dust removal is a projectile settling chamber designed on the top of the equipment. This settling chamber is an inertial settling chamber that conforms to the aerodynamic principle. It can achieve effective settling of the projectile without generating pressure loss. And we have designed a one-way valve in the lower part of the sedimentation chamber to prevent the formation of pneumatic conveyance, which can effectively achieve the pellet settlement. The purpose of this level of dust removal is to solve the problem of sand absorption and sand accumulation in pipelines.
Secondary dust removal is a proven and economical filter cartridge dust collector. The filter cartridge dust collector adopts the venturi pulse back-blow ash cleaning system of Venturi principle, which has the advantages of low filtering wind speed, high filtering accuracy and good ash cleaning effect.
Drying Chamber
The drying room adopts the principle of hot air circulation drying, and the heat exchanger is heated by gas (C3H6) to generate heat through heat exchange. In addition, the waste heat of the preheating system can be sent to the drying room through the pipeline. After the steel is dried in the drying room, the surface paint film can reach the dry (or dry) state.
The top and end of the chamber body adopts a double-layer box structure, lined with thermal insulation materials, which is conducive to the full utilization of heat and can be disassembled. The two side walls adopt the open-door structure, which is convenient for the maintenance of the plate chain system.
The conveying of workpieces in the drying chamber adopts a plate chain conveyor (please refer to the steel conveying system).
The heating heat source is set in the induced draft fan pipe in the upper part of the drying room, and the fan valve on the air duct can be adjusted to adjust the air volume. Using the electric contact temperature sensor, the indoor temperature can be automatically controlled at a certain temperature between 40-70 °C The indoor uniformity is 5°C, and the time for the temperature to rise to 60°C is less than 25 minutes. The temperature controller is placed on the side wall of the drying chamber, which can be easily observed and adjusted.
In order to prevent explosion, an exhaust device is provided in the drying system to reduce the concentration of organic solvents in the drying room. The exhausted air containing harmful gases is treated by the activated carbon adsorption system together with the air of harmful gases generated in the spray booth.
