Product Description:
Shot blasting turbines are the main part of shot blasting machine. One blast wheel has eight blades. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to replace 8 pieces of blades. Material of blades, control cage and distributor is 18-20% high-chromium cast iron (USA: 5115G51150 Model), which has long service life. Generally speaking, lifetime of blade is over 500 hours, and lifetime of impeller and control cage is over 800 hours. All wear parts are the market most universal national standard parts. 

In accordance with the connection mode, shot blasting turbines are direct-driven and belt-driven.

In accordance with the blade shape, shot blasting turbines are straight blade and curved blade.
