The Q69 series shot blasting machine is designed for the efficient descaling and derusting of structural steel profiles and plates. Filtration Rate: 99.9%, dustless Cyclone Dust Collector: first sate dust collection. Dust Collector: Cartridge or bag type Fan Extractor:Extract dusts from piping to dust collector. Ventilation Piping:Collect dusts from shot blasting chambers &separators.

The dust removal system consists of ducting system and filter cartridge dust collector. The emission standard can be lower 80 g/m³. The fan power is 30 kw, ventilation quantity is 26000 m³/h.

1. Installation and commissioning issue: We will send 1-2 technicians to assist with machine installation and commissioning, customer pays for their tickets, hotel and diet, etc Customer need arrange 3-4 skilled worker and prepare insallation machinery and tools.
