Work condition
1. the working surface roughness <20mm; no water and relatively dry; slope <25 °,
2. Ambient temperature: -20 ºC ~ 60 ºC; steel surface temperature is higher than the dew point above 3 ºC
3. Humidity:
a. When blasting steel surface, relative humidity is less than 90%
b. Blasting concrete, relative humidity is less than 95%
4. Altitude: 0 ~ 3000m; should not operate in the rain or snow.
Work efficiency
1. Cement surfaces: Efficiency: 200-400 square meters/hour
2. Steel plate:
Steel quality grade SA 2,5 to SA3 speed: SA2,5 about 4 m/min; speed: SA3 about 3 m/min,
Area treated per hour: SA2,5 level, about 75-100 square meters/hour
