Tumble Belt Type Tracked Shot BlastingMachine/Abrator/Equipment
This type of shot blasting aims at cleaning&intensifying the surface of small casting,forging,steel structure,car wheels and coloured metal workpiece etc .
This machine is one kind of small cleaning up equipment which is composed of cleaning room, throw-pill machine, elevator, separator, electrical system, and so on.
Working principle: First, fill certain quantity of objects into the cleaning room, then they will turn over by the caterpillar. At the same time, the pills thrown by the machine attack the objects evenly, so that the objects will be cleaned. The throwing out pills inflow the elevator, and then separated by the separator. The dust will be inbreathed into the dust remover, after that it will be discharged into the atmosphere. Users can clean the dust remover periodically and recycle the waste substances, so that they can be used again.

2. The single weight of the work piece should be less than 150kg and not friable.
