Sand blasting room is mainly used for surface treatment and strengthening of steel, castings, aluminum alloy parts and other parts. After sandblasting,  the surface contaminants, oxide skin, welding slag and the waste paint will be removed, causes the workpiece surface to be bright and clean, simultaneously reduce the workpiece internal stress, enable the workpiece surface to obtain the strengthening, thus achieves to enhance the workpiece surface and the intrinsic quality.

As the honeycomb floor has no moving mechanical parts, there is nothing to wear out or breakdown, resulting in virtually 100% room availability.

The pneumatic conveying principal of the honeycomb floor also means that the abrasive is instantaneously recovered from the floor, eliminating abrasive "dead spots" and overcoming the need for large amounts of abrasive in storage.

Our system can utilize the one Ventilation/Recovery Dust Collector to both ventilate the blast room at the desired airflow and recover the abrasive from the honeycomb floor Modules to clean it.

In order to gain the better sight for the operation, we suggest to assemble another dust collector.

2. Structural characteristice of Sand Blasting Booths
This machine is a special reciprocating sand blasting machine, which consists of Sand blasting chamber, Sand blasting device, Screw conveyor, Elevator, Separator, Abrasive recycling system, Trolley system, Lighting system, Bottom funnel, Steel grating, Dust removal system, Electric control system, etc.


Sand blasting system

Abrasive recycling system
This machine adopts the patented shot valve produced of our company; it can accumulate a certain time in blasting, through the manual control to provide the shot ball to the blasting device.

Dust removal system
This machine adopts Cartridge or bag type dust collector, is exhausted air produced during working. The dedusting efficiency is up to 99.6%, powder density is less than 100mg/m3,much stricter than the national standard.

Electric control system
Set shot ball circulatory failure alarm function, if any parts of the system fails, the above components automatically stop running, to prevent the shot ball stuck and burning power device.

1. Installation and commissioning issue: We will send one technicians to assist with machine installation and commissioning, customer pays for return tickets, hotel and diet. Customer need arrange skilled worker and prepare various installation machinery and tools.
2. Warranty time:12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
