2. Performance Feature
·Adopts Siemens CNC special system and match up digital AC servo motor to make it fast and reliable.
·Double C-type fuselage with high strength, high-rigidity steel plates welded together, and the overall tempering treatment, effectively eliminate the internal stress to ensure long-term stability of the machine;
·The transmission system use the international brand with high precision, big guide the ball screw, linear guide rail are high precision and good performance.
·Adopt the imported clutch, brake in time, top and bottom dead spots positioning accuracy.
·Use standards thick turret mold disc and standards turret internationally common mold.
·Adopt full float type pneumatic clamp, when stamping with plate float from top and bottom,
effectively eliminate the stamping spare force, to improve the processing accuracy.
Payment terms: 30% down payment deposit by T/T, balance 70% deposit before delivery.
Lead time of production: within 40 workdays.
