1. Product description:
1). Advanced and reliable hydraulic drive system can select stroke automatically corresponding to different thickness of metal sheet and is convenient to realize special process of louver,
blanking, etc. The punch is equipped with auto hydraulic overload protection device, and guarantees consistent pressing force for quality products.
2). Index stations are of worm wheel structure with max. punching diameter of 88.9mm.
3). Imported pneumatic and hydraulic components guarantee reliability of the machine.
4). Centralized lubrication device provides lubricant oil to the desired points to reduce friction of pairing elements for long machine life.
5). Tool station layout consists of A,B,C,D, which is convenient for the customer and save the tool cost.
6). Common requirement is for site foundation preparation and machine installation is simple.
7).Main pneumatic components,electric components,hydraulic components and transmission components adopt perfectly.

3. Main Composition:
1). Servo motor
Adopts servo motor and servo driver(YASKAWA),good stability.
2). Ball screw
Adopts Taiwan TBI big guide high precision the ball screw.Specially made steel nut,
processing accuracy is high, speed is fast.
3). Linear guide rail
Imported Taiwan, with widened flange type slider,the equipment run more smoothly. To sure high precision, long service life.
4). Pneumatic clamp
Adopt full float type pneumatic clamp, when stamping with plate float from top and bottom, effectively eliminate the stamping spare force, to improve the processing accuracy;
5). Mold base structure
Adopts mold base can be split with Japan AMADA, can be changed mold rapidly, just need to spend 30s, connect conveniently.
6). Turret structure
Adopts standard AMADA thick turret mold, nodular graphite casting integrated disc, thickness is 80mm, effectively prolong the service life of mold.
7). Mold distribution and parameter
With standard AMADA international general mold, standard configuration 85 series, after-sales service and maintenance are very convenient and high popularity.
8). Second positioning function
With second positioning function, match up American PROCAM cnc turret punching machine special software, can achieve without dead zone processing. Enhance productivity, save the plate and costs.
9). Feeding platform
Workbench adopts hard brush, can reduce noise and vibration and can protect surface of the plate;
Big interval between lathe ultra wide guide rail. Big lathe span, horizontal and support performance are better. Fully ensure the accuracy of processing large plate, under the condition of high speed feeding more balance;
