The gas cylinder shot blasting machine is designed for surface cleaning and hardening of variety and small quantities of castings, forgings and steel profiles to remove attached green sand, core sand and scale.
2. Specifications
A. All blast wheels are tested without load and fully loaded in factory for 60 minutes.
B. Pneumatic control valve,which can avoid flying abrasive hurting people.
C. Long life protective liner in blast cabinet, which can serve at least 13000 hours. Material is SPMn13, 10mm thickness. And it is easy to replace when it is worn out.

3.Structure
The machine is consists of shot blasting room, elevator, separator, screw conveyor, two pieces of impeller head assembles, abrasive control system, hook track, hook system, auto rotation device, foundation, dust collecting system and electrical control system, etc.
