The tumbling action of the belt conveyor ensures that components are continually exposed to the blast stream and completely cleaned. For easy unloading, the belt conveyor is reversed, delivering the components into the loading skip or stillage.


Optimized shot blast effect:
During shot blasting, the workpieces, regardless of size and shape, are evenly and continuously tumbled. This is necessary for the effective and uniform treatment of all surfaces. 
During tumbling, the workpieces continually undergo shot removal, enabling workpiece interiors and cavities to be perfectly cleaned
For the complete removal of all shot, the final tumbling time that follows the shot blast sequence can be regulated to suit the type of workpieces being blast cleaned
The tightly sealed, leak-proof blast chamber minimizes shot consumption.

Conveyor system
Belt conveyor is mainly composed of drive roll, driven roller, back-up roll, and a circular rubber tracks. It around on a pair of circular plate, make the space to form a drum. The movement of the belt can make workpiece continuously turn over. The belt can realize positive and negative rotation, positive rotation is for cleaning workpiece, and negative rotation is for unloading workpiece.

 Shot blasting system
Shot blasting system consists of blasting chamber and shot blasting machine assembly. The abrasive media like the steel shots, grits are applied on the metal surface driven by the centrifugal force from the blades. Workpieces will be de-rusted, cleaned and roughened in blasting system to reach customer's finishing level.

 Blasting chamber
In the blasting chamber, the wall is protected by Mn13 material liner, which has high wear resistant performance. Chamber inside protection plate all adopt the high strength nut fixed and pressure on the inner of blasting chamber, easy tear open outfit replacement. Prolong service life, reduce the cost and reduce maintenance frequency. The steel grilling floor of blasting chamber can let abrasive fall through it freely and collected by screw conveyor

Shot blasting machine assembly
This machine has one set of high speed & performance blast wheels. One blast wheel has eight blades. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to replace 8 pieces of blades. Material of blades, control cage and distributor is Cr20S high-chromium which has long service life. Generally speaking, lifetime of blade is over 500 hours, and lifetime of distributor and control cage is over 800 hours. All wear parts are the market most universal national standard parts.

 Abrasive circulation system
The system includes following parts: hopper, abrasive control valves, screw conveyors, bucket elevator, separator.

Screw conveyor
Screw conveyor consists of cycloid needle wheel decelerator, screw axis, conveyor shell, bearing, etc. It is a
standard conveying device and an important part of abrasive circulating system. The screw blade is made of 16 Mn.

This unit is responsible for conveying the abrasive to the elevator. Screw conveyor located at the bottom of shot blasting chamber, the spiral blade welding in the drive shaft. Conveyor motor drives screw conveyor to send abrasive to discharge outlet, then the mixed abrasive will be conveyed to elevator bottom.

On both ends of the screw conveyor adopt triple seal protection. the abrasive and dust will drop to the clearance between end plate and bearing once leak out, will not enter the bearing. Screw conveyor shaft with sensors detecting unit can detect the working state.

 Bucket elevator
Consists of cycloid needle wheel decelerator, upper and bottom barrel, belt, bucket and tensioning device, etc. Housing of bucket elevator is welded of steel plate. There is a checking door for maintenance and replacing buckets at the bottom of the housing.

In operation, the hoppers fixed on the conveyor belt bring the abrasive to the top, then put down the abrasive to separator. Using polyester wire core special belt, with the function of high strength, high tensile properties. Pulley use squirrel cage structure, avoiding scattered abrasive embed to the gap between the pulley and belt, affecting transmission. There is 10% design Margin for elevator capacity. Because the hoist falls abrasive by centrifugal
gravity, part of the material will fall back into the hoist every time. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the lifting capacity appropriately.

Separator
This machine uses full-curtain flow curtain air separator. It is the latest type of separator in our company, separating efficiency can reach 99.5%. The separator is one of the key components of this equipment. The design size of the separation zone directly affects the effect of the separator. The wear of the shot blasting turbines will be accelerated if the separation effect is not good.

Dust removal system
The dust removal system consists of ducting system and filter cartridge dust collector. Dust removal system includes cartridge filter, fan, motor, air duct, etc. Stable and easy operation, low noise, high efficiency and easy maintenance. The fan power is 4 kw, ventilation quantity is 5600 m3/h. Pulse blowback dust removing, cartridge can be easily removed for cleaning then re-use. The emission standard can be lower 90 g/m3.

Electric control system
The electrical control system for three-phase AC frequency 50 HZ voltage 380 V power distribution, alarm device and overload protection device are available. To ensure the reliable operation of the equipment and the safety of operators, the shot blasting turbines, maintenance door and abrasive circulation system are equipped with electric interlock and self-locking system. Installed circulating system accident (Unexpected) abrasive supply blocking device and alarm device.

Pulse detector
Pulse detector is installed in the screw spindle nose of abrasive separator, driven pulley spindle nose of elevator and
spindle nose of each screw conveyor.
