Feature:
1.The entry vestibule is equipped with wear-resistant rubber curtains that prevent the escape of abrasive.

3.The speed of roller conveyor is stepless frequency control, high speed transportation to ensure workpiece complete cleaning.
4.The equipment is equipped with photoelectric switch detection, achieves the workpiece throws the pill, does not have the workpiece not to throw the pill function. This ensures that blasting takes place only when work pieces are actually in the blasting zone.
5.Blast cabinet with ZGMn13 steel guard plate, guard board adopts special fixed nut, replacement of simple and convenient, long service life, is currently the best blast chamber in shot blasting cleaning machine.
6.The separator uses BE type separator technology, reduces the wear-resisting piece wear.
7.The blasting cabinet of roller conveyor shot blasting machine adopt 8mm steel platewelding together, which have high strength and will not generate vibration during working.
8.High chrome wear resistant cast iron grate guard plate which protect the screw conveyor and prevent big clump to get into the hopper damaging the bottom screw conveyor.
