The steel pretreatment line process refers to a process in which the steel is subjected to surface shot blasting and a protective primer before the processing. The steel can be pretreated to improve the corrosion resistance of mechanical products and metal components, improve the fatigue resistance of the steel plate and prolong its service life. At the same time, it can optimize the surface state of the steel plate, which is beneficial to the cutting and precision blanking of CNC cutting machine.
